Starting in 2007, Jarrad started a side-hustle (with no experience & little money) investing in duplexes & four-families in Tower Grove while working full-time as a lawyer. Over the last 15 years, Jarrad has built a vertically integrated organization that sources/develops/gc’s/manages a growing portfolio of 500+ units across St. Louis County & City. He enjoys mentoring young real estate developers throughout the U.S.

In addition to the above, Jarrad is also a partner at the law firm Riezman Berger P.C. where he specializes in real estate, business & financial services.

Jarrad received his Juris Doctorate from Florida State University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Virginia Tech University.

Jarrad lives/works in Lafayette Square with his wife & two kids.
